Every piece of equipment purchased from us is backed by our 6-month warranty — because we stand behind the quality of every machine we sell. If your unit experiences any issues within 6 months of purchase, contact us and simply ship it back to us and we will repair it and return it to you completely free of charge. No hassle, no hidden fees — just our commitment to making sure your equipment works the way it should. Your confidence in your purchase is our priority.
To ensure your warranty remains valid for the full 6-month coverage period, the following conditions must be met:
The user assumes full responsibility for the proper maintenance, operation, and training required to safely and correctly use the equipment. Failure to do so may result in voided coverage.
This warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from improper use, neglect, or lack of routine maintenance.
All warranty-related service and repairs must be performed exclusively by My Refuge Lab Equipment Inc. or a verified, authorized CAD/CAM technician. Unauthorized repairs will not be recognized under this warranty.
Any service, modification, or repair carried out by an unauthorized third-party technician or company will immediately and permanently void all warranty coverage, with no exceptions.
My Refuge Lab Equipment Inc. reserves the right to inspect returned units to determine the cause of failure prior to honoring any warranty claim. Units showing evidence of misuse, unauthorized repair, or neglect will not qualify for warranty service and may be subject to standard repair fees.
